You can define capture processes for each process, you can define forms, attach documents using the smartphone camera and make automatic captures through OCR, Barcodes, etc. It is the perfect solution for sales processes, inspection processes and for any other generic process (information´s capture, documentation and photographs).
neodoc Mobile allows you to scan any type of document from your mobile camera and incorporate it into any process.
From neodoc ECM you will be able to define the processes and capture forms that will be published in neodoc Mobile. You can also define which users, groups and roles will have mobile access to these processes.
From neodoc ECM you can define which fields of the capture forms can be captured by OCR from the captured images.
To finish the process, neodoc Mobile allows you to send information and documents to neodoc ECM, where you can also design approval workflows, reports, etc.
